Lindsey was born and raised in the Seattle area. Upon graduating from Wake Forest with a MA in Business Management, she spent time on the east coast working for Deloitte supporting the Human Capital practice prior to moving home in 2013. She has a strong background in manufacturing operations and program management. Lindsey is passionate about serving the community that helped mold who she is and providing opportunities and support for the area’s children and families. She is also an active board member of the Alexander’s Hope Foundation and Country Village Day School. Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and dog.

Vice President of Operations

Ozy joined 47th Avenue Foundation in October 2022 as a member of the senior leadership team. She grew up in Canada and immigrated to the United States, where she received an MBA from Eastern Oregon University. Ozy has over a decade of executive leadership experience in nonprofit healthcare and has supported a variety of services, including Primary Care, Pediatrics, and Surgical specialties. She is also an active board member of the Kindering and Hamlin Robinson School. Her desire to serve our community, foster development opportunities for families and work in an environment that supports mothers with work-life-balance is why she pursued a career with the 47th Avenue Foundation.

Vice President of Strategy

Lauren is a Pacific Northwest native and seasoned healthcare consulting professional who brings over a decade of experience to the team. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Lauren started her career in Chicago before eventually making her way back to the Seattle area where she had the privilege of collaborating with a multitude of healthcare and life sciences organizations throughout the region, honing her insights and expertise along the way. As a mom of two, Lauren understands firsthand the importance of creating a better future for the next generation. She is fueled by her commitment to driving positive change and developing sustainable solutions for the community, ensuring that her children and others can thrive in a more equitable and compassionate world.
